This class is purely a strength class and designed to make you feel increased muscle tone to get you into great shape! Influenced by any of the fitness styles we teach at the studio we use the same format for a period of time so that you feel progression, improvement in your technique & that you have truly achieved something! Increasing & maintaining muscle mass is vital once we are in our 30s and onwards along with bone loading to preserve bone density which decreases the risk of osteoporosis in later life. As the formats are multilevel you can work as you feel is appropriate to your ability & you will be guided by our instructors all the way.
